Belfast Festival of Learning returns for a third year in 2018, with a range of fantastic events throughout the city. The festival takes place between 5th-11th March, with events happening across greater Belfast, with an aim to encourage the participation of groups and individuals who have experienced barriers in accessing learning opportunities.
We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a very special FREE DJ workshop in conjunction with The ARC, on Saturday 10th March. The workshop takes place from 1.30pm – 3.30pm and is aimed at young people aged 13-17.
The workshop will give participants the opportunity to get hands on experience of club DJing. Giga Training’s tutors will show each participant how to choose music, use the equipment and perform a DJ set. They will also provide advice on how to kick-start a career in DJing and how to access further training in Northern Ireland.
All equipment will be provided, including full DJ set ups and sound system, plus all the music required to make your own live DJ mix.
