The DJing Level 1 course is designed to get students up and running on the ‘wheels of steel’ gaining a range of skills including technical setup, scratching, mixing and effects.
No experience of DJing is necessary and all equipment is provided. Each workstation will consist of industry standard DJ equipment including Technics turntables, Macbook laptop and Native Instrument Traktor.
Course content will include all the basics of DJing such as technical setup, scratching, beat matching and mixing songs, using effects as well as Traktor scratch. We’ll finish things off with a final DJ mix completed by each participant to ensure you will take a finished DJ mix home with you.
This course costs only £15.99 per week for an hour session and the group size is limited to 6 per course. A monthly payment plan can be set up to help spread the payments over the duration of the course.
