We were delighted to recently team up Falls Women’s Centre to deliver a photography project to the Young Women’s Project in the centre. The Children in Need funded project titled “Life Through The Lens” was a snapshot at what its like to be a young woman growing up in Belfast. The programme took place over a 2 month period and the young women took part in a range of workshops exploring Identity through different photography styles. The group developed a range of technical skills in street,  documentary and portrait photography including shot composition,  ISO, shutter speed and aperture. A celebration event was held in Culturlann gallery where the prints were displayed for a 2 month period. Check out a selection of the pics below!
