DIY Lighting

Film TrainingThis intensive one day course will cover everything to get started using lighting with film, working with 2 and 3 point lighting, genre specific exercises,  and camera set up. The workshops will help you get to grips with the concept of lighting for film with a specific focus on practical work using the lighting kit included as part of the programme.

Included in the price of the course is the Giga Training ‘Guerilla Lighting kit’, consisting of;

Course tutor: Michael MacBroom
Michael is a Belfast based film maker. After completing an Honours Degree at Queen’s University in Film Studies, he has spent his time writing, producing, directing, and editing feature length digital films and has recently returned from working with American independent cinema stalwart, Rob Nilsson, in San Francisco as a full time editor on his recent feature ‘The Steppes’.
